Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Terms governing affiliate participation, subscriber acquisition, commissions, prohibited conduct, and payout eligibility.
Scope and Covered Properties
This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:
Lisaiceland.commyAgents.PLUSAI Voice+meVid.onlineCinVida.online
References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.
Program Eligibility
Participation is by approval only. Applicants must provide accurate identity, contact, tax, payment, website, social, and promotional information when requested. We may deny or revoke participation for fraud risk, brand mismatch, incomplete information, sanctions concerns, prior abuse, or activity inconsistent with our Trust Center standards.
Approval considers an applicant's existing audience, content history, and promotional channels, and is not guaranteed. Lisaiceland DBA may request additional verification at any time, including during periodic re-review, and may pause payouts while verification is pending.
- Identity and tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalent)
- Primary promotional channel(s) and approximate audience size or reach
- Payment details for the applicable payout method
- Disclosure of any prior suspensions on affiliate or referral programs
Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates must use only approved links, referral codes, tracking URLs, campaign tags, or materials supplied or authorized by Lisaiceland DBA. We are not responsible for commissions lost due to broken links, deleted cookies, browser restrictions, ad blockers, privacy controls, tracking interruptions, or unauthorized link modification.
Tracking typically relies on a cookie or device identifier with a defined attribution window, set out in the affiliate dashboard and subject to change by product or promotion. Where more than one affiliate could plausibly be credited for the same referral, Lisaiceland DBA applies a last-valid-click standard unless a specific program states otherwise. Affiliates should re-test their links after any major change to dashboards, landing pages, or campaigns to confirm tracking is still working correctly.
Commission Eligibility
Commission eligibility requires a valid referred subscriber, accurate attribution, compliance with all program policies, and successful payment by the referred customer. We may reverse, withhold, offset, or delay commissions for refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or suspicious activity.
Commissions are generally treated as pending until any applicable refund or chargeback window has passed, after which they convert to approved, payable status. Self-referrals, internal accounts, and purchases made by an affiliate to generate a commission for themselves are not eligible regardless of payment status.
Payouts, Taxes, and Fees
Payout schedules, thresholds, processors, currencies, and commission rates may be defined in the affiliate dashboard, written offer, or program announcement. Affiliates are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, payment processor fees, bank fees, and local-law compliance.
- Minimum payout threshold before funds are released
- Supported payout methods and any associated processor fees
- Currency handling and conversion for international affiliates
- Reporting documents (such as Form 1099-NEC where applicable) for US-based affiliates
Lisaiceland DBA does not provide tax advice. Affiliates should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their own reporting and withholding obligations.
Promotional Standards
Affiliates must promote Lisaiceland DBA products honestly and professionally. Claims must be accurate, current, substantiated, and not misleading. Affiliates may not claim guaranteed income, guaranteed compliance, guaranteed subscriber growth, or guaranteed business results.
Promotional materials should reflect the current state of the product. Affiliates should update or remove content referencing discontinued features, outdated pricing, expired offers, or superseded screenshots within a reasonable time of a change.
Required Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose material connections, including commissions, referral rewards, sponsorships, free access, credits, or other benefits, before or near affiliate links or endorsements.
Disclosures should sit where a reasonable person would notice them before clicking through — for example, at the start of a video description, near the top of a blog post, or directly above a referral link — rather than buried in a footer, bio link, or terms page.
- "This post contains affiliate links; I may earn a commission if you sign up."
- "I'm a Lisaiceland affiliate and receive compensation for qualifying referrals."
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, malware, adware, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, fake scarcity, impersonation, trademark abuse, deceptive domains, bot traffic, and harmful or illegal content.
- Technical abuse: cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, adware, or browser hijacking
- Deceptive practices: fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, false scarcity or urgency claims
- Identity misuse: impersonation, trademark abuse, or confusingly similar domains
- Traffic manipulation: bot traffic, incentivized clicking, or paid-to-click schemes
Termination and Commission Forfeiture
Lisaiceland DBA may suspend or terminate an Affiliate immediately for suspected or confirmed violations. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited where they arise from noncompliant, fraudulent, disputed, reversed, or harmful activity.
Where practical, Lisaiceland DBA may provide notice of the basis for termination; immediate termination without prior notice may still occur in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or material harm to users or the brand. An affiliate who believes a termination or forfeiture was made in error may submit an appeal with supporting evidence to legal@lisaiceland.com.

Reservation of Rights

No Professional Advice
Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.
