Brand Asset Usage Guidelines

Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Brand Asset Ownership

Lisaiceland DBA owns all logos, wordmarks, icons, color palettes, product names, and other brand assets made available through the Trust Center, affiliate dashboard, or press resources. Use of any brand asset does not transfer ownership and does not create any license beyond what is expressly granted in writing or through an approved program.

Affiliates, partners, creators, and press may use approved brand assets only for the purpose of accurately referring to Lisaiceland DBA products, and only in the form provided — without altering colors, proportions, or composition.

Approved Uses

Approved uses generally include accurate product references in reviews, tutorials, comparison content, affiliate promotions, press coverage, and integration documentation, provided assets are used unmodified and the relationship is accurately described.

• Linking to or naming Lisaiceland.com, myAgents.PLUS, AI Voice+, meVid.online, or CinVida.online in editorial or promotional content
• Using provided logo files in approved colors and proportions to identify the product being discussed
• Including official screenshots in tutorials, reviews, or integration guides

Prohibited Brand Asset Uses

Brand assets may not be modified, recolored, distorted, animated, combined with other logos, or used in a way that implies sponsorship, partnership, certification, or endorsement that has not been granted.

• Using the logo as part of your own product, app icon, or company branding
• Implying an official partnership, integration, or certification that does not exist
• Using brand assets in offensive, illegal, misleading, or politically sensitive contexts
• Registering domains, social handles, or business names that incorporate Lisaiceland marks

Correct Brand References

Lisaiceland DBA products should be referred to by their official names and capitalization — for example, "myAgents.PLUS" rather than "myagents plus" or "MyAgentsPlus" — and should not be shortened, pluralized, or used as a verb in a way that genericizes the mark.

Screenshots, Demos, and Videos

Screenshots, screen recordings, and demo videos should reflect the current, unmodified product interface. Edited or staged screenshots that misrepresent functionality, pricing, or results are not permitted.

Creators producing tutorial or review content should clearly indicate the date or version shown where the interface changes frequently, and should update or annotate older content that no longer reflects current functionality.

Removal Requests

Lisaiceland DBA may request removal or correction of brand assets that are used incorrectly, in an outdated form, or in a manner inconsistent with this policy. Requests are typically sent to the email or account associated with the use, with a reasonable window to make the correction before further action is taken.

Repeated or willful noncompliance with a removal request may result in revocation of affiliate, creator, or partner status in addition to removal of the asset.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
