Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

Lisaiceland.commyAgents.PLUSAI Voice+meVid.onlineCinVida.online

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Protected Marks

"Lisaiceland," "myAgents.PLUS," "AI Voice+," "meVid," "CinVida," and associated logos are trademarks or brand assets of Lisaiceland DBA, whether or not they appear with a trademark or registration symbol in a given document. Rights in these marks are not waived by omission of such symbols.

Permitted Descriptive Use

Nominative or descriptive use — referring to Lisaiceland DBA products by name to discuss, review, compare, or link to them — is generally permitted where the use is accurate, does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement, and uses no more of the mark than necessary to identify the product.

  • "Built using the myAgents.PLUS framework" in a tutorial or integration guide
  • "Compatible with AI Voice+" on a compatible third-party product page
  • Comparison content that accurately names competing products by their trademarks

Prohibited Trademark Uses

Marks may not be used in a company name, product name, app name, domain name, or social handle in a way that could confuse users about the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of a product or service.

  • Combining a Lisaiceland mark with generic terms to imply an official tool or service
  • Using a confusingly similar spelling, font treatment, or logo style
  • Bidding on Lisaiceland trademarks in paid search in a way that creates confusion

Domains and Social Accounts

Domain names, subdomains, and social media handles that incorporate Lisaiceland marks or confusingly similar variations are not permitted without prior written authorization, even if the content hosted there is accurate or favorable.

Lisaiceland DBA may request transfer, suspension, or takedown of infringing domains and accounts through applicable registrar, platform, or legal channels.

Search Advertising

Affiliates and partners may not bid on Lisaiceland trademarks, close misspellings, or confusingly similar terms as paid search keywords in a way that diverts traffic intended for Lisaiceland DBA's own properties or creates user confusion about the source of an ad.

Where keyword bidding is part of an approved program (for example, a co-marketing agreement), specific terms will be set out in writing and take precedence over this general restriction.

Trademark Complaints

Reports of suspected trademark misuse — including confusingly similar names, fake support pages, or unauthorized brand use — may be submitted to legal@lisaiceland.com with the URL, screenshots, and a description of the suspected misuse.

Lisaiceland DBA reviews reports on a case-by-case basis and may request changes, require removal, or pursue further action depending on severity and intent. See the Trademark Complaint Policy for the full reporting process.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
