Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

Creator Independence

Creators and influencers participating in Lisaiceland DBA programs act as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or official spokespeople, unless a specific written agreement states otherwise. Opinions expressed by creators are their own.

Required Conduct

Creators must represent Lisaiceland DBA products accurately, disclose material connections as described in the Advertising and FTC Disclosure Policy, and maintain a professional standard consistent with the brand they are representing.

Prohibited Creator Conduct
