Affiliate Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Acceptable Promotional Activity

Affiliates may promote Lisaiceland DBA products through original content such as blog posts, video reviews, tutorials, comparison articles, newsletters, and organic social posts that fairly represent the product and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.

• Honest reviews and walkthroughs published on owned blogs, channels, or social accounts
• Comparison content that accurately represents both Lisaiceland products and alternatives
• Paid advertising on approved channels, where permitted by program terms

Prohibited Content and Channels

Affiliate links may not be placed in spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive pop-ups, malware-laden sites, adult content, hate speech, or content that violates applicable law or platform terms of service.

Affiliates may not run promotions on channels they do not own or control without authorization, including posting links in third-party forums, comment sections, or communities where self-promotion is against the host platform's rules.

No Deceptive Acquisition

Affiliates may not acquire referrals through deceptive means, including fake giveaways, misleading "free" claims that omit material conditions, incentivized clicking that does not disclose compensation, or pretending to be a Lisaiceland DBA representative.

Technical Abuse

Technical abuse — including cookie stuffing, forced redirects, malware-based tracking injection, browser extension hijacking, or automated/bot-driven traffic — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

Customer Protection

Affiliates must not pressure, mislead, or manipulate potential customers into signing up, including false urgency, fake scarcity, or misrepresenting trial terms, pricing, or cancellation policies.

Customers referred through deceptive tactics may be eligible for refunds or account remedies, and any resulting commissions may be reversed.

Enforcement

Lisaiceland DBA may investigate reported or detected violations using a combination of automated monitoring, manual review, and customer reports. Enforcement actions are scaled to the severity and intent of the violation.

• Commission hold or reversal: for fraud-adjacent or policy-violating referrals
• Suspension: for repeated or moderate violations
• Termination: for severe, willful, or repeated violations

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
