Scope and Covered Properties
This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

Ethical Marketing Standard
Marketing communicated on behalf of or about Lisaiceland DBA products should be honest, respectful, and welcomed by its recipients. Consent-based, opt-in marketing is preferred across every channel, and unsolicited bulk outreach is discouraged even where technically lawful.
Email Marketing
Email marketing must comply with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM in the United States and equivalent regimes elsewhere, and must include accurate sender information, a clear subject line, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
- Accurate "From" name and reply-to address — no spoofed or misleading sender details
- Clear, non-deceptive subject lines that reflect the email's actual content
- A visible, working unsubscribe link honored within a reasonable timeframe
- A physical or registered business address where required by law
SMS, Messaging Apps, and Calls
SMS, messaging-app, and call-based outreach require prior express consent under applicable telecom and privacy law, such as the TCPA in the United States. Recipients must be able to opt out easily, and opt-out requests must be honored promptly.
Social and Community Marketing
Promotion on social platforms and online communities should respect each platform's own rules on disclosure, spam, and self-promotion. Posting unsolicited affiliate links in unrelated groups, forums, or comment sections is not permitted.
Lead Generation
Lead generation activities must collect contact information transparently, with a clear explanation of how it will be used, and must not misrepresent the nature of a form, quiz, or offer to capture information under false pretenses.
Suppression and Opt-Outs
Opt-out and unsubscribe requests across email, SMS, and call channels must be honored promptly and maintained on a suppression list to prevent further contact. Affiliates and partners conducting their own outreach are responsible for maintaining their own suppression records in compliance with applicable law.
General Legal Terms
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.
Governing Law
