Commission Fraud Prevention Policy

Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Fraud Prevention Purpose

This policy protects the integrity of affiliate and referral commissions by deterring fraudulent attribution, self-dealing, and manipulated referral activity, so that legitimate affiliates are paid fairly and promptly.

Prohibited Commission Abuse

Commission abuse includes self-referrals, referring accounts the affiliate controls or benefits from, coordinating with another party to split self-generated commissions, using stolen payment methods to generate referrals, and manipulating attribution through cookie stuffing or link manipulation.

• Signing up under a personal or alternate account using your own affiliate link
• Coordinating with friends, family, or associates to generate fake qualifying referrals
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods to trigger a qualifying purchase
• Manipulating tracking links, redirects, or cookies to claim credit for organic traffic

Review and Holds

Referrals flagged by automated fraud signals or manual review may be placed on hold pending investigation. Holds do not necessarily indicate wrongdoing — they allow time to confirm a referral is genuine, properly attributed, and free of chargeback risk.

Reversals and Offsets

Commissions tied to refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or policy-violating referrals may be reversed. Where an affiliate's pending balance is insufficient to cover a reversal, Lisaiceland DBA may offset the amount against future earnings.

Audit Rights

Lisaiceland DBA may audit an affiliate's traffic sources, promotional materials, and referral activity at any time, including requesting screenshots, link logs, or documentation supporting how referrals were generated.

Enforcement

Confirmed commission fraud may result in forfeiture of associated commissions, account suspension or termination, and, in serious cases, referral to payment processors or law enforcement. Lisaiceland DBA may also pursue recovery of amounts paid out in connection with confirmed fraud.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
