Purpose

This Responsible AI Policy establishes standards for AI-enabled products and workflows operated by Lisaiceland DBA, including voice agents, chat agents, workflow automations, AI-assisted video, creator tooling, document intelligence, customer support automation, avatars, and AI-powered recommendations.

It is intended as a practical baseline rather than an exhaustive rulebook: specific products, industries, and use cases may carry additional obligations under applicable law or contract, which take precedence where they impose stricter requirements.

Responsible AI Commitments

Lisaiceland DBA commits to human-centered AI, clear disclosure, human review for important decisions, restrictions on deceptive impersonation and harmful synthetic media, protection of confidential information, and review of credible safety, privacy, security, or abuse reports.

  • Designing default workflows that favor disclosure over silent automation
  • Providing configuration options for human approval on consequential actions
  • Restricting AI capabilities in higher-risk categories absent appropriate safeguards
  • Reviewing credible reports of misuse and updating safeguards over time

Human Accountability

AI systems may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to customers, or connecting them to consequential business workflows.

This responsibility applies regardless of how confident or fluent an AI output appears; fluency is not a reliable signal of accuracy, and outputs touching legal, medical, financial, or safety topics warrant particular scrutiny before use.

Product Governance

Where appropriate, Lisaiceland DBA may use controls such as usage limits, audit logging, workflow permissions, abuse detection, escalation paths, user reporting, prompt safeguards, model controls, and manual review.

These controls are layered rather than relied on individually, and may be adjusted as new abuse patterns, product capabilities, or regulatory requirements emerge.

High-Risk Use Cases

Lisaiceland DBA products should not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving legal rights, medical care, emergency response, employment eligibility, credit, housing, insurance, immigration, education admission, criminal justice, or similar high-impact determinations unless expressly authorized and supervised by qualified professionals.

Customers operating in regulated industries are responsible for assessing whether additional safeguards, professional oversight, or specific contractual terms are required for their use case before deployment.

AI Governance Principles

  • Human-centered design: AI should support people, creators, teams, and businesses while preserving accountability.
  • Transparency: Users should understand when they interact with AI, synthetic media, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Safety: Lisaiceland DBA may restrict uses that create security, privacy, legal, reputational, or human-rights risks.
  • Privacy: AI workflows should minimize unnecessary data collection and respect confidentiality, permissions, retention limits, and applicable law.
  • Accountability: Customers and users remain responsible for how they configure, deploy, supervise, publish, and rely on AI outputs.

Reservation of Rights
