Transparency Commitment

Users should be able to understand when AI is meaningfully involved in a conversation, recommendation, response, workflow, voice interaction, avatar interaction, media asset, or automated process.

This commitment is balanced against practicality — routine, low-stakes automation (such as autocomplete or basic formatting) does not require explicit disclosure, while interactions a reasonable person could mistake for a human, or content that could influence a meaningful decision, generally do.

AI Interaction Disclosure

Where tools are used to power AI voice agents, chat agents, avatars, customer support agents, workflow agents, or automated outbound communications, customers should disclose AI use in a clear and context-appropriate manner.

Disclosure should occur early in the interaction — for example, at the start of a call or chat session — rather than only on request, and should be repeated if a conversation moves to a new channel (such as a chat handing off to a voice call).

Suggested Disclosures

Examples include:

  • "You are chatting with an AI assistant."
  • "This call may be handled by an AI voice agent."
  • "This video includes AI-generated or AI-assisted content."
  • "AI may help summarize, route, or respond to your request."

Customers may adapt this language to fit their brand voice and channel, provided the substance of the disclosure remains clear and is not buried in fine print.

Limits of AI Outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users should verify important information, especially health, legal, financial, safety, security, compliance, employment, or regulated matters.

Lisaiceland DBA does not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free, and customers deploying AI in customer-facing roles should build in verification or escalation steps for anything beyond routine, low-stakes interactions.

Customer Configuration

Customers are responsible for configuring agents, prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, escalation rules, disclosures, scripts, integrations, and human review requirements in a compliant way.

Default configurations provided by Lisaiceland DBA are a starting point, not a substitute for a customer's own legal and compliance review of how AI is deployed in their specific market, industry, and audience.

AI Governance Principles

  • Human-centered design: AI should support people, creators, teams, and businesses while preserving accountability.
  • Transparency: Users should understand when they interact with AI, synthetic media, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Safety: Lisaiceland DBA may restrict uses that create security, privacy, legal, reputational, or human-rights risks.
  • Privacy: AI workflows should minimize unnecessary data collection and respect confidentiality, permissions, retention limits, and applicable law.
  • Accountability: Customers and users remain responsible for how they configure, deploy, supervise, publish, and rely on AI outputs.
