AI Voice and Avatar Policy
Standards for responsible use of AI voice agents, avatars, voice synthesis, virtual presenters, and conversational AI.
Scope and Covered Properties
This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.
Purpose
This policy governs AI voice agents, AI avatars, voice synthesis, virtual presenters, generated narration, conversational interfaces, call handling, appointment booking, outbound workflows, and similar AI-enabled interactions.
It applies whether the voice or avatar is built on a stock model, a custom-trained voice, or a cloned likeness, and whether the interaction is inbound (such as customer support) or outbound (such as appointment reminders).
Consent and Disclosure
Users must comply with applicable consent, recording, telecom, privacy, biometric, publicity-rights, and consumer-protection laws. Where required or appropriate, participants should be informed that AI-generated voice or avatar content is used.
This includes jurisdiction-specific call-recording consent rules, which can require one-party or two-party consent depending on where participants are located, and which apply to AI-mediated calls the same as any other recorded call.
Prohibited Voice and Avatar Uses
Users may not impersonate real people without authorization, create fake endorsements, use AI voices for fraud or social engineering, misrepresent AI agents as licensed professionals or officials, or generate exploitative, threatening, or defamatory content.
- Cloning a real person's voice without their consent, including public figures and celebrities
- Using a synthetic voice to impersonate a bank, government agency, or family member for fraud
- Presenting an AI avatar as a licensed doctor, lawyer, or other regulated professional
Customer Call Handling
AI Voice+ and related tools may support call answering, appointment routing, lead capture, triage, reminders, and workflow automation. Customers are responsible for escalation paths, compliance scripts, consent notices, recording notices, and human handoff.
Customers operating in regulated industries (such as healthcare or financial services) are responsible for ensuring call scripts and data handling meet applicable industry-specific requirements.
Voice Cloning and Likeness
Any use of a person's voice, face, likeness, persona, or identity must be authorized and lawful. Users should maintain records of permissions where synthetic voice or avatar content resembles a real person.
This applies equally to employees, customers, contractors, and public figures; internal use (such as an employee's cloned voice for internal training) still requires that employee's documented consent.
AI Governance Principles
- Human-centered design: AI should support people, creators, teams, and businesses while preserving accountability.
- Transparency: Users should understand when they interact with AI, synthetic media, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Safety: Lisaiceland DBA may restrict uses that create security, privacy, legal, reputational, or human-rights risks.
- Privacy: AI workflows should minimize unnecessary data collection and respect confidentiality, permissions, retention limits, and applicable law.
- Accountability: Customers and users remain responsible for how they configure, deploy, supervise, publish, and rely on AI outputs.
General Legal Terms
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.
No Professional Advice
Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.
Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
