Scope and Covered Properties
This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.
Purpose
This policy identifies AI uses prohibited across Lisaiceland DBA products and programs. It applies to customers, users, affiliates, creators, developers, partners, and anyone configuring or distributing AI-generated outputs involving Lisaiceland DBA services.
Prohibited Uses
Prohibited uses include fraud, deception, phishing, unauthorized impersonation, malicious technical activity, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, high-impact decisions without safeguards, public-harm misinformation, spam, manipulation, fake reviews, and illegal activity.
- Using AI voice or chat to impersonate a bank, government office, or known individual for fraud
- Generating large volumes of fake reviews, comments, or social engagement
- Using AI to scale harassment, threats, or targeted abuse against an individual or group
Restricted Sensitive Uses
Some uses may require heightened safeguards, professional review, customer-specific approvals, or contractual terms, including healthcare workflows, regulated financial content, legal workflows, workplace monitoring, children's data, public-sector deployments, and large-scale outbound AI communications.
Enforcement Measures
Lisaiceland DBA may take action including warnings, feature limits, workflow removal, content removal, account suspension, affiliate commission forfeiture, program termination, reporting to platforms or authorities, and legal action where appropriate.
Reporting Prohibited Use
Reports may be sent to legal@lisaiceland.com or submitted through the Trust Center with URLs, screenshots, account names, timestamps, messages, recordings, or other evidence when available.
Lisaiceland DBA reviews reports in good faith and may request additional information to investigate; reporters are not required to confirm a violation occurred before submitting a concern.

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

Limitation of Liability
