Purpose
This policy describes Lisaiceland DBA's approach to vendors and subprocessors that may support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, AI services, security, support, and operations.
Vendor Categories
Vendors may include cloud hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email services, AI model providers, monitoring tools, analytics tools, support tools, communications providers, and professional advisors.
Vendor Review
Lisaiceland DBA may review vendors based on business need, data sensitivity, security practices, reliability, compliance posture, contractual safeguards, and operational risk.
Higher-sensitivity vendors — those handling payment data, AI workflow content, or broad system access — generally receive closer scrutiny than vendors providing limited, low-sensitivity functionality.
Data Processing
Vendors should process data only as needed to provide services, support operations, secure systems, comply with law, or fulfill contractual obligations.
Changes to Vendors
Lisaiceland DBA may update vendors and subprocessors as products evolve. Where required by contract or law, customers may receive notice or have applicable rights regarding material subprocessor changes.
A current list of material subprocessors may be made available on request or through Trust Center materials where applicable to a given product or customer agreement.
General Legal Terms
No Absolute Security Guarantee
No security program can guarantee that unauthorized access, misuse, loss, downtime, vulnerabilities, or incidents will never occur. Lisaiceland DBA maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of its products and operations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for account security, user permissions, secure configuration, lawful data collection, appropriate use of integrations, backup strategy where applicable, and compliance with their own legal and contractual obligations.
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA may modify, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, workflows, integrations, features, or accounts where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, operational security, or platform integrity.
Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
