References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This policy describes how voice recordings and voice-derived data are captured, processed, and stored across Lisaiceland AI Voice+ and any other Lisaiceland service that records or transcribes voice. It also sets out the customer's responsibility to obtain lawful consent from individuals being recorded.

Customer Responsibilities for Consent

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that every individual whose voice is captured, recorded, transcribed, or analyzed by a Lisaiceland service has given any consent or received any disclosure required by applicable law. This includes federal, state, provincial, and local wiretapping, eavesdropping, telecom, biometric, and privacy laws.

  • Two-party ("all-party") consent jurisdictions require disclosure and consent from every participant before recording.
  • One-party consent jurisdictions still require disclosure where the service is operating on the customer's behalf.
  • Biometric voiceprint laws may impose additional notice, written consent, and retention obligations.

Disclosure Templates

Lisaiceland provides configurable disclosure prompts that customers may enable at the start of a call, in-app session, or AI agent interaction. Examples include:

  • "This call may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and AI-assisted support."
  • "You are speaking with an AI assistant operated by [Customer]. The conversation will be recorded."

Customers remain responsible for selecting, customizing, and deploying the disclosure language appropriate for their jurisdiction.

What We Capture

Depending on the service configuration, Lisaiceland may capture audio recordings, transcripts, speaker diarization metadata, language detection, sentiment indicators, AI-generated summaries, and event timestamps. Customers control which of these signals are enabled for their account.

Storage and Retention

Voice recordings and transcripts are stored encrypted at rest in accordance with the Encryption Standards Policy. Default retention follows the Data Retention Policy; customers may configure shorter retention windows, automatic deletion, or no-recording modes from the admin console.

Use of Voice Data for Model Training

Lisaiceland does not use customer voice recordings, transcripts, or derived embeddings to train general-purpose foundation models without the customer's explicit opt-in. Internal model evaluation and abuse detection may use limited, access-controlled samples on a need-to-know basis.

Synthetic Voice and Voice Cloning

Synthetic voice generation and any voice-cloning features are governed by the AI Voice + Avatar Policy and the Synthetic Media + Deepfake Policy. Cloning a real person's voice requires verifiable consent from that person.

Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose voice has been recorded may exercise data subject rights through the Controller (the customer) or, where applicable, directly through Lisaiceland as set out in the DSAR Policy.

Prohibited Uses

  • Recording without lawful basis or required disclosure.
  • Using captured voice for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or non-consensual synthetic media.
  • Selling, sharing, or re-licensing voice data outside the original purpose of collection.
