Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This policy sets out the requirements for creators and partners who monetize video content through Lisaiceland video platforms, including meVid.online and CinVida.online. It supplements the Affiliate Program Terms, Referral Program Terms, and Creator / Influencer Guidelines.

Eligibility

  • Creator account in good standing with verified identity and payout details.
  • Compliance with the Anti-Spam + Ethical Marketing Policy and Advertising + FTC Disclosure Policy.
  • No active enforcement actions related to copyright, harassment, or platform abuse.
  • Minimum age and tax-residency requirements consistent with applicable law.

Monetization Channels

Eligible monetization channels may include advertising revenue share, viewer tipping, paid subscriptions, paid-access video, sponsorship integrations, affiliate-linked content, and platform-funded creator programs. Available channels vary by region, content category, and creator tier.

Revenue Calculation and Payout

Revenue is calculated based on validated views, completed transactions, and platform-defined revenue-share percentages disclosed in the creator dashboard. Payouts follow the schedule and minimum thresholds published in the dashboard and may be reversed or withheld for invalid traffic, refunds, chargebacks, or fraud, consistent with the Commission Fraud Prevention Policy.

Content Standards

Monetized content must comply with the Code of Conduct, Synthetic Media + Deepfake Policy, Prohibited AI Uses Policy, and applicable intellectual-property obligations. Content that violates these standards may be demonetized, removed, age-restricted, or made ineligible for promotion.

Restricted Categories

  • Adult, sexual, or extreme-violence content unless explicitly enabled and labeled for a permitted vertical.
  • Misinformation likely to cause real-world harm.
  • Hate, harassment, or threats targeting protected groups.
  • Regulated products and services without lawful authorization.

Disclosures and Sponsorships

Sponsored, paid, gifted, and affiliate-linked content must include clear and conspicuous disclosures consistent with the Advertising + FTC Disclosure Policy and the Anti-Spam + Ethical Marketing Policy.

Taxes and Fees

Creators are responsible for their own taxes, withholding, and reporting obligations. Lisaiceland may withhold tax where required by law and may issue tax forms such as Form 1099-NEC where applicable.

Suspension and Termination

Lisaiceland may suspend monetization, withhold payouts, or terminate participation for violations of this policy or material harm to viewers, advertisers, or the platform. Appeals follow the process set out in the Affiliate Program Terms.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
