Purpose

This policy describes how video content may be uploaded, generated, transcoded, streamed, embedded, downloaded, and shared through Lisaiceland services such as meVid.online and CinVida.online, including AI-generated and AI-assisted video.

Ownership and License Grant

Creators retain ownership of original content they upload. By uploading or generating video through a Lisaiceland service, the creator grants Lisaiceland a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, cache, stream, thumbnail, transcribe, index, and distribute the video as needed to operate the service and any features the creator has enabled (such as embedding, downloads, or syndication).

AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Video

Video produced with Lisaiceland AI tools must comply with the Synthetic Media + Deepfake Policy, the AI Voice + Avatar Policy, and the Content Authenticity Policy. Creators are responsible for ensuring that prompts, source assets, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights and do not depict identifiable individuals without appropriate consent.

Permitted Uses

  • Publishing, embedding, and sharing within the limits configured by the creator.
  • Use in marketing, training, internal communications, and other lawful business contexts.
  • Re-use of one's own content across Lisaiceland properties and approved external channels.

Prohibited Uses

  • Content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited under the Code of Conduct.
  • Non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery.
  • Deepfakes used for fraud, impersonation, defamation, or political manipulation.
  • Circumvention of digital rights management, access controls, or technical protection measures.

Third-Party Content and Fair Use

Creators are responsible for ensuring that any third-party music, footage, voiceover, branding, or likeness used in a video is properly licensed, falls within a recognized exception (such as fair use), or is otherwise authorized. Lisaiceland may remove, mute, or restrict content in response to valid takedown notices.

Embeds and External Distribution

Embeddable players and shareable links remain subject to this policy. Creators can disable embedding, downloads, or geographic distribution from the video settings.

Removal and Enforcement

Lisaiceland may remove, age-restrict, demonetize, or limit distribution of any video that violates this policy or applicable law. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination consistent with the Terms of Service.
