Agent-to-Agent Usage Policy

Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This policy governs the use of Lisaiceland services in scenarios where one AI agent calls, delegates to, orchestrates, or otherwise interoperates with another AI agent, including multi-agent workflows, agent marketplaces, and cross-tenant agent integrations.

Identity and Attribution

Each agent acting through a Lisaiceland service must operate under a clearly identifiable account, API key, or service principal. Workflows that chain multiple agents must preserve sufficient attribution metadata to identify the originating customer, the calling agent, and the called agent at each step.

Authorization

• Agent-to-agent calls inherit the permissions of the originating user or service principal and may not exceed them.
• Delegated authority must be explicit; a calling agent must not silently escalate privileges on behalf of a downstream agent.
• Credentials and tokens must not be shared across tenants without an executed agreement.

Loop and Cost Protections

Customers must implement controls to prevent uncontrolled agent-to-agent loops, runaway recursion, and unbounded resource consumption. Lisaiceland may apply hop limits, depth limits, and rate limits at the platform layer and may interrupt workflows that threaten platform stability or unexpectedly large customer charges.

Disclosure

End users interacting with multi-agent workflows must be able to understand that they are interacting with AI and, where relevant, that multiple AI agents are involved. The AI Transparency Statement provides default disclosure templates.

Data Handling Across Agents

Personal data exchanged between agents continues to be governed by the Data Processing Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Retention Policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring that downstream agents receive only the minimum data necessary for the task.

Prohibited Patterns

• Using a chain of agents to obscure the originating actor or to evade abuse detection.
• Designing agents whose primary purpose is to defeat the safety controls of another agent or platform.
• Operating cross-tenant agent integrations without each tenant's informed consent.

Monitoring and Logging

Lisaiceland maintains operational logs for agent calls sufficient to investigate abuse, billing disputes, and security incidents, consistent with the Data Retention Policy and the Incident Response Policy.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
