References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This Know Your Customer ("KYC") policy describes the identity verification, sanctions screening, and risk-based due-diligence practices applied to customers, affiliates, payout recipients, and high-risk users of Lisaiceland services. The goal is to deter fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and other illegal activity while keeping onboarding friction reasonable for legitimate users.

Scope

This policy applies whenever Lisaiceland is required by law, by a payment partner, or by its own risk framework to verify the identity of a counterparty. This typically includes paid customers, affiliates, payout recipients, enterprise contracting parties, and certain high-risk accounts identified through monitoring.

Information Collected

  • Legal name, business name, and registered address.
  • Date of birth or date of incorporation, as applicable.
  • Government-issued identification, registration number, or tax identification.
  • Beneficial-ownership information for legal entities, where required.
  • Payout method details and supporting tax forms.

Verification Methods

Lisaiceland may use a combination of document verification, database checks, payment-instrument verification, liveness checks, and third-party identity providers. Information collected through these methods is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention Policy.

Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media Screening

Counterparties subject to KYC are screened against applicable sanctions lists (such as OFAC and equivalent regional lists), politically-exposed-person lists, and adverse-media sources. Matches are reviewed before onboarding is completed and rescreened periodically.

Risk-Based Approach

Lisaiceland applies enhanced due diligence to higher-risk relationships, including accounts in higher-risk jurisdictions, accounts with unusual payout patterns, and accounts associated with regulated activities. Lower-risk relationships may use simplified due-diligence procedures consistent with applicable law.

Ongoing Monitoring

KYC is not a one-time event. Lisaiceland monitors transactions, login patterns, and account changes for indicators of fraud, account takeover, structuring, or sanctions evasion, consistent with the Commission Fraud Prevention Policy.

Refusal, Restriction, and Termination

Lisaiceland may refuse onboarding, restrict features, hold payouts, or terminate accounts where KYC cannot be completed, where the relationship presents unacceptable risk, or where continuing the relationship would violate applicable law.

Recordkeeping

KYC records are retained for the period required by applicable law and the Data Retention Policy. Records are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights
