Affiliates General Terms
Cross-cutting general terms applicable to all Lisaiceland affiliate, referral, partner, and creator programs.
Scope and Covered Properties
This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:
References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.
Purpose and Relationship to Other Documents
These Affiliates General Terms apply across all Lisaiceland affiliate, referral, partner, and creator programs. They sit alongside the Affiliate Program Terms, Referral Program Terms, Creator / Influencer Guidelines, Affiliate Acceptable Use Policy, Commission Fraud Prevention Policy, and any program-specific addendum. In the event of a conflict, the more specific program document controls for that program.
Program Participation
Participation in any Lisaiceland affiliate program requires acceptance of these General Terms, the applicable program document, and any program-specific eligibility requirements. Participation may be denied, suspended, or terminated as set out in the underlying program documents.
Account and Identity
Affiliates must maintain accurate account information, including legal name, contact details, payout details, and tax documentation. Affiliates are responsible for the security of their credentials and for activity conducted under their account.
Commissions and Rewards
Commission rates, referral rewards, bonuses, and contests are defined in the dashboard or program announcement. Lisaiceland may update rates and structures prospectively. Commissions remain subject to refund, chargeback, reversal, and clawback as described in the Commission Fraud Prevention Policy and the Affiliate Program Terms.
Conduct Standards
Affiliates must comply with the Affiliate Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam + Ethical Marketing Policy, the Advertising + FTC Disclosure Policy, the Brand Asset Usage Guidelines, the Trademark Usage Policy, and the Code of Conduct.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in any affiliate program creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship between the affiliate and Lisaiceland. Affiliates may not enter into contracts, make commitments, or incur obligations on behalf of Lisaiceland.
Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive non-public information about Lisaiceland products, roadmaps, pricing, and customers. Such information must be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of operating in the affiliate program, except where disclosure is required by law.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting, withholding, and payment obligations. Lisaiceland may issue tax forms or withhold amounts where required by law.
Term, Termination, and Survival
Either party may terminate participation at any time, subject to the notice and forfeiture rules in the program documents. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
General Legal Terms
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.
No Professional Advice
Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.
Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
