Purpose
This statement explains Lisaiceland DBA's position against modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, child exploitation, coercive labor, and abusive labor practices.
Commitment
Lisaiceland DBA does not knowingly support or facilitate forced labor, trafficking, exploitation, or unlawful labor practices through its operations, products, affiliate programs, vendor relationships, or communities.
Supplier Expectations
Suppliers and vendors are expected to comply with applicable labor laws, avoid forced or exploitative labor, maintain lawful employment practices, and cooperate with reasonable due diligence where appropriate.

Platform Misuse
Lisaiceland DBA products may not be used to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, coercion, recruitment for illegal labor schemes, or content that promotes or enables modern slavery.
Reporting
Concerns may be reported to legal@lisaiceland.com or through Trust Center reporting channels. Reports involving imminent harm should also be directed to local law enforcement or relevant authorities.
General Legal Terms
Public Commitments
These public commitments describe Lisaiceland DBA’s intended operating principles and Trust Center posture. They do not create third-party beneficiary rights, warranties, service guarantees, or independent legal duties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by applicable law.
Continuous Improvement
Lisaiceland DBA may update governance, ethics, accessibility, human rights, environmental, supplier, and transparency practices as products, laws, infrastructure, and business operations evolve.
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update policies, commitments, programs, or public statements where appropriate.
Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
