Purpose
This Code of Conduct establishes baseline expectations for honest, respectful, lawful, secure, and ethical behavior when representing, working with, promoting, or participating in Lisaiceland DBA activities.
Expected Conduct
Participants should act with integrity, respect confidentiality, avoid harassment, disclose conflicts, protect customer trust, follow laws and policies, and use Lisaiceland DBA systems responsibly.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, fraud, bribery, misuse of confidential information, IP theft, security abuse, deceptive marketing, and conduct that harms users or public trust.
Conflicts of Interest
Potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed when they could affect objectivity, procurement, affiliate decisions, partnerships, reviews, endorsements, or customer recommendations.
A disclosed conflict does not automatically disqualify a person from participating; it allows Lisaiceland DBA to evaluate whether additional safeguards or recusal are appropriate.

Continuous Improvement
Lisaiceland DBA may update governance, ethics, accessibility, human rights, environmental, supplier, and transparency practices as products, laws, infrastructure, and business operations evolve.
Reservation of Rights
Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update policies, commitments, programs, or public statements where appropriate.
