Purpose

These principles guide Lisaiceland DBA and its affiliates, creators, and partners toward truthful, respectful, transparent, and non-manipulative marketing.

Truthful Claims

Marketing should be accurate, current, substantiated, and not misleading. Claims should not guarantee income, subscribers, compliance, business success, or outcomes that depend on customer behavior and market conditions.

Clear Disclosures

Sponsored relationships, affiliate compensation, referral incentives, AI-generated media, synthetic testimonials, and material limitations should be disclosed where required or appropriate.

Respectful Outreach

Marketing should avoid spam, harassment, deceptive urgency, fear tactics, hidden costs, impersonation, fake scarcity, or exploitation of vulnerable audiences.

AI in Marketing

AI-generated marketing materials must not fabricate customer stories, fake endorsements, false statistics, or misleading product demonstrations.

Where AI assists with copywriting, image generation, or video production for marketing, the underlying claims still need the same factual support as any other marketing content — AI assistance with production does not lower the bar for accuracy.

General Legal Terms

Public Commitments

These public commitments describe Lisaiceland DBA’s intended operating principles and Trust Center posture. They do not create third-party beneficiary rights, warranties, service guarantees, or independent legal duties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by applicable law.

Continuous Improvement

Reservation of Rights
