References to “Lisaiceland,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets expectations for vendors, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers that support Lisaiceland DBA products, operations, infrastructure, or customers.

Legal Compliance

Suppliers should comply with applicable laws, contracts, data protection obligations, labor standards, anti-corruption rules, sanctions, export controls, and intellectual property requirements.

Security and Confidentiality

Suppliers should protect confidential information, credentials, customer data, security information, and Lisaiceland DBA systems from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.

Suppliers with access to customer or production data are expected to maintain security practices commensurate with the sensitivity of that access, and to promptly report any suspected incident affecting Lisaiceland DBA data or systems.

General Legal Terms

Public Commitments

These public commitments describe Lisaiceland DBA’s intended operating principles and Trust Center posture. They do not create third-party beneficiary rights, warranties, service guarantees, or independent legal duties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by applicable law.

Continuous Improvement

Lisaiceland DBA may update governance, ethics, accessibility, human rights, environmental, supplier, and transparency practices as products, laws, infrastructure, and business operations evolve.

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update policies, commitments, programs, or public statements where appropriate.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
