1. Scope and Covered Properties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lisaiceland DBA Trust Center (this site) and all related Lisaiceland DBA websites, applications, products, APIs, AI workflows, affiliate and creator programs, documentation, and Trust Center content, including:

References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA. References to "you" or "user" mean any person or entity accessing the Trust Center or any covered property. The Trust Center is operated as a central hub publishing the policies, commitments, and reference documentation that apply across all Lisaiceland DBA properties.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trust Center or any covered property, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all other policies published in this Trust Center that apply to your activity. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Trust Center or the covered properties.

If you access the Trust Center on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Purpose of the Trust Center

The Trust Center is provided for informational and reference purposes — to consolidate the policies, governance commitments, and security and privacy practices that apply across Lisaiceland DBA properties. Trust Center content describes current practices and stated commitments and does not, by itself, constitute a contract, warranty, certification, audit attestation, or guarantee of any specific outcome.

Where a Lisaiceland DBA product or affiliate program has its own product-specific or program-specific agreement, that agreement controls for that product or program; the Trust Center policies supplement, not replace, those agreements.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18 years old) to enter into these Terms or use products that require an account. Accounts must contain accurate information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) access the Trust Center or covered properties in violation of any law; (b) attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Lisaiceland system except as expressly authorized under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy; (c) scrape, harvest, mirror, or republish Trust Center content in a misleading way or in a way that strips attribution; (d) misrepresent your relationship with Lisaiceland DBA or any covered property; or (e) use the Trust Center or covered properties to harass, defraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, or train models or build derivative datasets in violation of any applicable Lisaiceland policy or third-party right.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trust Center, including its text, structure, design, code, document set, and brand assets, is owned by Lisaiceland DBA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Lisaiceland®, myAgents.PLUS™, AI Voice+™, meVid™, and CinVida™ are trademarks or brand assets of Lisaiceland DBA. Use of these marks is governed by the Trademark Usage Policy and the Brand Asset Usage Guidelines published in this Trust Center.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lisaiceland DBA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and reference Trust Center content for legitimate due-diligence, compliance, security-review, and program-participation purposes.

7. Third-Party Properties and Subprocessors

The Trust Center may reference third-party services, subprocessors, integrations, and external resources. Lisaiceland DBA is not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is governed by the third party's own terms. See the Vendor and Subprocessor Policy for current categories of subprocessors used across covered properties.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information collected through the Trust Center and covered properties is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Trust Center, you acknowledge those policies. Where regional law gives you specific rights (for example, access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights), you may exercise them as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Security and Reporting Vulnerabilities

Lisaiceland DBA maintains a Security and Infrastructure Overview, an Incident Response Policy, and a Vulnerability Disclosure Policy in this Trust Center. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported as described in the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Security-relevant inquiries: security@lisaiceland.com.

10. Changes to the Trust Center and to These Terms

Lisaiceland DBA may update, restructure, version, supersede, or withdraw any Trust Center document, page, or feature at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and the Version number above. Continued use of the Trust Center after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Trust Center and covered properties are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of historical or forward-looking statements, and that the Trust Center, any policy, or any covered property will meet your specific requirements.

Trust Center documents describe current practices and commitments; they are not certifications and do not constitute legal, financial, audit, or compliance advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Trust Center or any covered property, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, Lisaiceland DBA's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lisaiceland DBA and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Trust Center or covered properties, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

Lisaiceland DBA may suspend or terminate your access to the Trust Center or any covered property at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Where required by law, you retain rights to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in this Trust Center, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lisaiceland DBA regarding your use of the Trust Center. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Lisaiceland DBA may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
