Purpose
This policy describes how Lisaiceland operates its private network environments and the connectivity options that may be made available to customers, partners, and internal teams. It establishes the controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network traffic and the systems it carries.
Network Segmentation
Lisaiceland operates logically segmented network zones, including production, pre-production, build, observability, and corporate environments. Cross-zone traffic is restricted by default and permitted only through controlled paths with explicit policy. Production workloads are isolated from corporate endpoints.
Encryption in Transit
Traffic crossing untrusted networks is encrypted in transit using modern protocols, consistent with the Encryption Standards Policy. Internal east-west traffic between production services is encrypted where supported by the underlying platform.
Private Connectivity Options
Depending on the service tier, Lisaiceland may offer private connectivity options such as cloud-provider private endpoints, IP allow-listing, and dedicated routing to limit exposure of customer traffic to the public internet. Availability, pricing, and configuration are described in the relevant order form or admin console.
Access to the Network
- Administrative access to network infrastructure is limited to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication.
- Privileged access is logged and reviewed on a recurring cadence.
- Remote access for personnel uses a managed identity-aware proxy or VPN with device posture checks.
Change Control
Changes to network topology, firewall rules, security groups, and routing are managed through the change-control process described in the Secure Development Lifecycle Policy. Emergency changes are documented and reviewed retrospectively.
Monitoring and Detection
Network traffic is monitored for indicators of intrusion, exfiltration, denial-of-service, and policy violation. Alerts feed into the operational pipelines described in the Incident Response Policy.
Customer Responsibilities
- Protect any pre-shared keys, certificates, or peering credentials provided by Lisaiceland.
- Restrict the use of allow-listed IPs and private endpoints to authorized workloads.
- Notify Lisaiceland promptly of suspected compromise of credentials, endpoints, or peering relationships.
