Purpose
This Service Status and Uptime Policy describes how Lisaiceland measures service availability, communicates the operational status of its services, and handles incidents that affect customer access. Specific availability commitments for paid plans are set out in the applicable Service Level Agreement ("SLA") or order form.
Status Page
Lisaiceland publishes operational status, scheduled maintenance, and major incident updates on a status page linked from the Trust Center. The status page distinguishes between operational, degraded, partial outage, and major outage states for each component.
How Uptime is Measured
Uptime is generally measured as the percentage of time during a calendar month that the relevant service responds to authenticated, externally-originated probe traffic within defined latency and error-rate thresholds. Scheduled maintenance windows, force-majeure events, and customer-induced outages are typically excluded, as detailed in the applicable SLA.
Scheduled Maintenance
Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance that may affect availability is announced in advance on the status page and through in-product notifications. Lisaiceland aims to schedule maintenance during low-traffic windows for the affected region.
Incident Severity Levels
- SEV-1: service unavailable or major functionality broken for a broad set of customers.
- SEV-2: meaningful degradation or partial outage affecting a subset of customers.
- SEV-3: minor or workaround-available issue.
Incident Response
Incidents are managed under the Incident Response Policy. For customer-visible incidents, Lisaiceland aims to acknowledge on the status page, provide regular updates, mark the incident resolved when service is restored, and publish a post-incident summary for significant events.
Notifications
Customers may subscribe to status updates via the status page. Account-level outage notifications may also be sent through in-product banners or to designated administrative contacts.
Service Credits
Where a paid plan includes an SLA, service credits and remedies are governed by that SLA and the Terms of Service. Service credits are the customer's exclusive remedy for SLA misses unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Continuity and Recovery
Availability planning, backup, and recovery objectives are described in the Business Continuity + DR Policy. The Service Status and Uptime Policy describes how those capabilities are communicated; the BC/DR Policy describes how they are implemented.
