AI Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and Covered Properties

This policy applies to Lisaiceland DBA and all websites, applications, products, services, documentation, APIs, affiliate programs, creator programs, AI systems, integrations, and future offerings, including:

References to "Lisaiceland," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lisaiceland DBA.

Purpose

This AI Acceptable Use Policy describes the categories of AI use that are permitted, restricted, or prohibited across Lisaiceland AI products, models, agents, voice services, video services, and APIs. It supplements the Responsible AI Policy, the Prohibited AI Uses Policy, the AI Safety Commitments, and the Terms of Service.

Who This Applies To

This policy applies to all customers, end users, affiliates, partners, integrators, agents, and any system or process that interacts with Lisaiceland AI services on behalf of a person or organization. Customers are responsible for the conduct of their own end users and downstream integrators.

General Acceptable Use

• Building lawful products, workflows, and creative output for legitimate business or personal purposes.
• Using AI assistance to draft, summarize, translate, classify, or analyze content the user is authorized to handle.
• Automating routine tasks with appropriate human oversight, escalation, and review.
• Researching, testing, and evaluating AI capabilities within the limits of the documentation.

Restricted Uses Requiring Additional Controls

The following categories are permitted only with additional safeguards (such as documented human review, customer-side disclosure to end users, or contractual addenda):

• High-stakes decisions affecting legal status, credit, housing, employment, education, healthcare, or public benefits.
• Use cases involving children, vulnerable populations, or regulated industries.
• Use of voice cloning, face cloning, or synthetic likeness of identifiable individuals.
• Large-scale automated outbound communications, including email, SMS, and voice.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, harassment, stalking, threats, child sexual abuse material, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Generating malware, phishing kits, exploit code intended for unauthorized use, or instructions facilitating attacks on systems the user is not authorized to test.
• Election manipulation, voter suppression, and political deepfakes presented as authentic.
• Impersonating Lisaiceland, a Lisaiceland employee, a brand, a public figure, or another individual in a way likely to deceive.
• Bypassing safety controls, jailbreaks, or prompt-injection campaigns targeting Lisaiceland or third-party systems.
• Scraping, training, or fine-tuning third-party models on Lisaiceland outputs in violation of the Terms of Service.

Human Oversight

Customers are responsible for keeping a human in the loop for any AI-driven decision or action with material legal, financial, safety, medical, or reputational consequence, consistent with the Human-in-the-Loop Policy.

Disclosure

Where required by law, contract, or the AI Transparency Statement, customers must disclose to end users that they are interacting with AI, that content is AI-generated, or that decisions are AI-assisted.

Enforcement

Lisaiceland may investigate suspected violations, throttle or suspend access, remove offending content, terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to competent authorities. The severity and pattern of conduct, the response to prior warnings, and the customer's own remediation efforts are considered in enforcement decisions.

Reporting

Suspected misuse may be reported through Support | Get Help. Security vulnerabilities should be reported under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

General Legal Terms

Reservation of Rights

Lisaiceland DBA reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update, restrict, suspend, remove, review, or terminate access, content, workflows, affiliate participation, commissions, rewards, or AI functionality where needed to protect users, customers, legal compliance, product integrity, or brand trust.

No Professional Advice

Lisaiceland DBA products, documents, automations, and AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, emergency, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland DBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
